ABSTRACT
Objective To study the clinical effect and surgical treatment of intestinal obstruction.Methods From January 2015 to December 2016,45 cases with intestinal obstruction who admitted to the Department of General Surgery of Taizhou First People's Hospital were selected in the research.According to the single blind randomized grouping method,the patients were randomly divided into two groups.22 cases in the control group were given conservative treatment,23 cases in the observation group received surgery.The clinical total effective rate ,abdominal pain relief time,recovery time,gas-liquid plane disappeared time ,hospitalization time and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rates of the two groups were 90.91%, 95.65%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant (χ2＝0.407,P ＞0.05).The abdominal pain relief time,recovery time, gas -liquid plane disappeared time , hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (t＝4.373,4.332,3.372,3.529,all P＜0.05).The incidence rate of complications of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ2＝4.294,P＜0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment has significant clinical effect for patients with intestinal obstruction ,which can effectively promote the remission of symptoms ,shorten the treatment time,but with more complications ,so it need to be cautious in the choice of treatment.

The study is aim to explore the value of surgical approach and related treatment in thyroid nodule.We searched Pubmed and CNKI by setting keywords "thyroid operation" from January 2006 to date,a total of 90 literatures were retrieved.Inclusion criteria were as follows:variety surgical treatment of thyroid nodule;methods and effects of integrative medicine of thyroid disease.39 studies met the inclusion criteria.Different surgical treatments of thyroid nodule had advantages and disadvantages and should be selected according to the specific condition of the patients.Priority should be given more effective,less invasive,less painful,more beautiful and low-cost surgery.The depth study of features of surgical treatment of thyroid nodule will help provide a better reference for clinical treatment.
ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE To investigate and control the risk factors about hospital infection in patients with chronic severe hepatitis B. METHODS Totally 466 hospitalized patients with chronic severe hepatitis B in our hospital from Jan 2001 to Dec 2007 were studied retrospectively. RESULTS The total incidence of hospital infection was 20.1% for inpatients with chronic severe hepatitis B,the infection located as follows:56 patients were in lower respiratory tract (59.6%);17 patients in upper respiratory tract (18.1%);7 patients with bacteremia (7.4%);3 patients in urinary tract (3.2%);7 patients in gastrointestinal tract (7.4%);and 1 patients was in cutis tissue (1.1%). CONCLUSIONS The knowledge about the on infection risk factors liver disease must be strengthened by hospital medical staff of the use of antibiotics must be strict controlled in principle,operation must be aseptic,the concept of prevention standards must be enhanced,and the primary disease must be actively treated,all these can effectively reduce infection in hospital.
